Court Hours

Nunda Town Court is held on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month. Court begins promptly at 2:00 pm.

 

The courtroom is located upstairs in the Nunda Government Center, 4 Massachusetts Street, Nunda NY 14517. An elevator is available for any persons needing it.

 

No cell phones or weapons are allowed in court. 
There is to be no food or drink in the Court Room.

All Adjournment requests must be made in writing and submitted to the Court Clerk, 24 hours in advance for consideration. This does not guarantee an adjournment.

 

All court correspondence must be submitted to the Court Clerk, by email at ttmccallum@nycourts.gov or fax at (585) 468 - 5725. If items need to be mailed, please use the appropriate address below.
