TAX BILLS: 2% PENALTY NOTICE

*NUNDA TAX BILLS: 2% Penalty Notice*

Please be aware that all 2024 Town and County property tax payments made in-person after February 29th must include the 2% penalty plus the $2.00 second notice fee. Please refer to the “Late Payment Schedule on Total Tax Due” box at the bottom of your tax bill for the correct total payment amount.

Payments must be postmarked or received in the Tax Collector’s office no later than Thursday, February 29, 2024 in order to avoid the 2% penalty plus $2.00 second notice fee.

Tax Collector Office Hours are as follows:

Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Saturday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
